Cotswold Ramble - 13th April 2014
A fabulous Spring day brought twenty-six Beardie owners and about the same number of Beardies to a ramble from Toddington to Winchcombe on the north-western slopes of the Cotswolds. The four mile route was mercifully mud-free due to dry weather in the preceding week but a couple of Beardies managed to find a mud pool! The day was finished off in fine style when most of the participants rode the steam train back to Toddington, in their own reserved carriage. We believe everyone who came along enjoyed the day!
Inkberrow Fun Day - 18th May 2014
With Inkberrow decked out in vivid greens and under blue skies, our Fun Day was as always a friendly, relaxed event which passed all too quickly. Our thanks must go to a very hard working committee for producing a well-organised and delightful event much enjoyed by all who attended. Thanks also to Sue Holden for providing the photos.
Beardie Bounce - 20th July 2014
It was a tad warm for Beardies to be bouncing anywhere today so the Beardie Bounce was a relaxed affair with paddling pools provided to help keep the Beardies cool. Our greatful thanks to Christine Campbell and her family for the use of Woodlands Farm as the venue again.
Churnet Valley Ramble - 17th August 2014
The weather was looking non too promising at the start of the ramble, but thirteen members and a few more Beardies enjoyed the Churnet Valley under mainly blue skies. A lunch stop at the Black Lion Inn and a steam train ride back to the starting point for most of the group completed a very satisfying day.
Kingsbury Water Park Ramble - 19th October 2014
Uncertain weather probably kept a few of the regulars away from what turned out to be a most pleasant walk at this very central location. The small number in the group was ideal for the puppies in the party. Our grateful thanks go to newcomer Sue Hopkins who supplied the photos for this event!
